Holotype (unique): MNRJ 494. Type catalog: Miranda Ribeiro 1955:406 [ref. 12732], Miranda Ribeiro 1961:4 [ref. 22041 or ref. 22040]. Genus spelled Catulus on plate and in index (p. 214).
