Holotype: MUMF 2010/1A. Paratypes: MUMF 2010/13A (1), MZMLC4/A (1). •Synonym of Laubuka laubuka (Hamilton 1922) with question -- (Kottelat 2013:119 [ref. 32989]). •Valid as Laubuka khujairokensis (Arunkumar 2000) -- (Lalramliana et al. 2017:274 [ref. 35204]). Current status: Valid as Laubuka khujairokensis (Arunkumar 2000). Danionidae: Danioninae. Distribution: Khujairok stream, a tributary of the Yu River, Manipur, India. Habitat: freshwater.
