Current status: Valid as Thymallus flavomaculatus Knizhin, Antonov & Weiss 2006. Salmonidae: Thymallinae. Distribution: East Asia: upper reaches of tributaries of the lower Amur River, upstream to the Ussuri basin, and some large rivers flowing into the Sea of Okhotsk (Russia). Habitat: freshwater.
