Current status: Valid as Chimarrichthys dorsoarcus (Nguyen 2006). Sisoridae: Glyptosterninae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: upper Nam Mu River drainage, Black River basin, Lai Châu Province (Vietnam). Habitat: freshwater.
