Holotype: AMS E.5452 [or E.5453] (missing). Paratypes: (4) AMS I.13536 (1), QM I.2325 [ex AMS E.4331] (1), SAMA F200 [ex AMS E.4307] (1), NMV R.5949 [ex AMS E.4308] (1).
