Plus non-type material. •Valid as Etheostoma lemniscatum Blanton 2008 -- (Scharpf 2009:20 [ref. 30400], Page & Burr 2011:594 [ref. 31215], Page et al. 2013:138 [ref. 32708]). Current status: Valid as Etheostoma lemniscatum Blanton 2008. Percidae: Etheostomatinae. Distribution: Big South Fork system of Cumberland River drainage, Kentucky and Tennessee, U.S.A. Habitat: freshwater.
