andriashevi, Bathyraja Dolganov [V. N.] 1983:xx, Fig. [Rukovodstvo po opredeleniyu khryashchevykh ryb dal'nevostochnykh morei SSSR i sopredel'nykh vod.; ref. 27960] Western Pacific, Pacific coast of Honshu, Japan, 36°24'N, 141°29'E, depth 1470-1480 meters or 1390-1480 meters (p. 123 in ref. 8163). Holotype: ZIN 46191. Supplementary material: (1). The original spelling in 1983 was andriyashevi; Andriashev has at least 17 species of fishes named after him, all as andriashevi; so we suggest adopting that spelling which is in prevailing usage. Also appeared as new in Dolganov 1985:415, Fig. 1[ref. 8163] as andriashevi. Types are from ref. 8163. •Valid as Bathyraja andriashevi Dolganov 1983 -- (McEachran & Dunn 1998:286 [ref. 23312], Dolganov 1999:429 [ref. 24873], Compagno 1999:488 [ref. 25589], Nakabo 2000:167 [ref. 25086], Nakabo 2002:167 [ref. 26001], Fedorov et al. 2003:16 [ref. 27579], Stevenson et al. 2004:312 [ref. 27688], Parin et al. 2014:30 [ref. 33547], Dyldin 2015:62 [ref. 34524], Weigmann 2016:90 [ref. 34211], Last et al. 2016:25 [ref. 34941], Last et al. 2016:377 [ref. 35005]). Current status: Valid as Bathyraja andriashevi Dolganov 1983. Arhynchobatidae. Distribution: Western Pacific. Habitat: marine.
