B.] 2009:17, Figs. 2, 3a, 4a, 5, 6, 7a, 8 [Zootaxa No. 2198; ref. 30402] 43°48'35"N, 39°36'54"E, Shakhe River at Khartsyz, Black Sea basin, Sochi District, Russia. Holotype: ZISP 54431. Paratypes: CMNFI 2008-0059 (1); ZISP 54432 (2), 54433 (1), 54434 (8), 54435 (6), 54436 (6). Plus non-type material. •Valid as Lethenteron ninae Naseka, Tuniyev & Renaud 2009 -- (Renaud 2011:74 [ref. 31770]). •Questionably a synonym of Lethenteron camtschaticum (Tilesius 1811) -- (Parin et al. 2014:15 [ref. 33547]). •Valid as Lampetra ninae (Naseka, Tuniyev & Renaud 2009) -- (Tutman et al. 2017:541 [ref. 35349]). Current status: Valid as Lampetra ninae (Naseka, Tuniyev & Renaud 2009). Petromyzontidae. Distribution: Black Sea basin, western Transcaucasia: Russia and Abkhazia. Habitat: freshwater.
