Paratypes: CMK 21505 (3); UMMZ 248800 (5), 248801 (6); ZRC 51910 (3). •Valid as Pseudolaguvia ferruginea Ng 2009 in Sisoridae -- (Ng & Lalramliana 2010:60 [ref. 30859], Ng & Lalramliana 2010:61 [ref. 30907], Ng & Tamang 2012:81 [ref. 32256], Ng et al. 2013:518 [ref. 32709], Ng & Conway 2013:183 [ref. 33013], Tamang & Sinha 2014:38 [ref. 33583], Rayamajhi et al. 2016:59 [ref. 34184], Praveenraj et al. 2021:84 [ref. 38875]). Current status: Valid as Pseudolaguvia ferruginea Ng 2009. Sisoridae: Sisorinae. Distribution: Brahhmaputra River drainage, northeastern India. Habitat: freshwater.
