Type catalog: Anderson 2018:8 [ref. 36146]. •Valid as Odontanthias hensleyi Anderson & García-Moliner 2012 -- (Anderson & Heemstra 2012:96 [ref. 31956], Carvalho-Filho et al. 2016:585 [ref. 34589]). •Valid as Anthias hensleyi (Anderson & García-Moliner 2012) -- (Anderson et al. 2017:76, 92 [ref. 35505], Anderson 2018:8 [ref. 36146], Parenti & Randall 2020:9 [ref. 37354]). Current status: Valid as Anthias hensleyi (Anderson & García-Moliner 2012). Anthiadidae. Distribution: Western Atlantic: Mona Passage, between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Habitat: marine.
