Paratypes: IORAS 00507 (15), ZMMU P-23093 (6). •Valid as Chlorophthalmus vityazi Kobyliansky 2013 -- (Gomon et al. 2014:[C] 1029 [ref. 37655], Fricke & Durville 2020:9 [ref. 37648], Gomon 2022:208 [ref. 39699]). Current status: Valid as Chlorophthalmus vityazi Kobyliansky 2013. Chlorophthalmidae. Distribution: Indian Ocean: Mozambique to Madagascar; Java (Indonesia). Habitat: marine.
