chirioi, Pronothobranchius Valdesalici [S.] 2013:33, Figs. 10a-c [Killi-Data Series 2013; ref. 33090] Burkina Faso, Loagpnolou River, small stream on Mekrou River drainage, Niger River basin, on extreme north of the Atakora mountains in Parc Naturel West, 55°34'N, 2°11'03"E. Holotype: MNHN 2013-0695. Paratypes: BMNH 1970.11.6.17-18 (2), MRAC P 73039.1609-1610 (2, c&s). Plus non-type material. •Valid as Pronothobranchius chirioi Valdesalici 2013. Current status: Valid as Pronothobranchius chirioi Valdesalici 2013. Nothobranchiidae. Distribution: Niger River dainage in Niger and Burkina Faso. Habitat: freshwater.
