Paratypes: FAUMM 13 (1), 14 (1) 15 (1); SMF 34913(1), 34949 (1). •Valid as Diplogrammus paucispinis Fricke & Bogorodsky 2014 -- (Fricke et al. 2016:407 [ref. 34134], Bogorodsky & Randall 2018:[6] 244 [ref. 36492], Golani & Fricke 2018:145 [ref. 36273], Fricke & Anderson 2022:459 [ref. 39659]). Current status: Valid as Diplogrammus paucispinis Fricke & Bogorodsky 2014. Callionymidae. Distribution: Red Sea endemic. Habitat: marine.
