Paratypes: MNHN 2013-0652 (3), 2013-0653 (2); MZB 21474 (5). •Valid as Lentipes mekonggaensis Keith & Hadiaty 2014 -- (Keith et al. 2015:62 [ref. 34328], Keith et al. 2016:140 [ref. 34452], Miesen et al. 2016:93 [ref. 34492], Maeda et al. 2021:28 [ref. 38708]). Current status: Valid as Lentipes mekonggaensis Keith & Hadiaty 2014. Gobiidae: Sicydiinae. Distribution: Sulawesi Tenggara province, Indonesia (presumed to be amphidromous). Habitat: freshwater, brackish, marine.
