Paratypes: BPBM. •Valid as Pseudojuloides polackorum Connell, Victor & Randall 2015 -- (Victor & Edward 2015:48 [ref. 33835], Victor & Edward 2016:66 [ref. 34490], Victor 2017:25 [ref. 35692], Fricke et al. 2018:290 [ref. 35805], Parenti & Randall 2018:21 [ref. 35964], Randall & Victor 2022:244 [ref. 39916]). Current status: Valid as Pseudojuloides polackorum Connell, Victor & Randall 2015. Labridae. Distribution: Western Indian Ocean: KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa) and East Africa to northern Madagascar. Habitat: marine.
