Paratypes: QT. •Valid as Silurus dakrongensis Nguyen, Vu & Nguyen 2015 -- (Hibino & Tabata 2018:522 [ref. 36069]). Current status: Valid as Silurus dakrongensis Nguyen, Vu & Nguyen 2015. Siluridae. Distribution: Northern Vietnam. Habitat: freshwater.
