Paraschistura ilamensis Vatandoust & Eagderi 2015 has two days priority over P. pasatigris Freyhof, Sayyadzadeh, Esmaeili & Geiger 2015 if these taxa are considered synonymous. •Valid as Paraschistura pasatigris Freyhof, Sayyadzadeh, Esmaeili & Geiger 2015 -- (Esmaeili et al. 2017:72 [ref. 35254], Esmaeili et al. 2018:51 [ref. 36089]). •Synonym of Paraschistura ilamensis Vatandoust & Eagderi 2015 -- (Jouladeh-Roudbar et al. 2015:888 [ref. 34062], Eagderi et al. 2019:264 [ref. 36967], Jouladeh-Roudbar et al. 2020:196 [ref. 37983], Çiçek et al. 2024:101 [ref. 40789]).
