tenuicaudata, Exostoma Tamang [L.], Sinha [B.] & Gurumayum [S. D.] 2015:441, Figs. 1-3, 5, 6A (in Erratum) [Zootaxa 4048 (no. 3); ref. 34045] Siang River, about 3 km from Bomdo village on main road to Tuting, Upper Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh, India, 28°44.04'N, 94°51.97'E, elevation 429 meters. Holotype: ZSI/APFS/P-929. Paratypes: ZSI/APFS/P-930 (4). Figures missing in original article; they appeared in an Erratum, Zootaxa 4111 (no. 5):598-600, on 18 May 2016. Combined with a neuter genus the adjective should be tenuicaudatum. •Valid as Exostoma tenuicaudatum Tamang, Sinha & Gurumayum 2015 -- (Chen et al. 2017:8 [ref. 35642] as tenuicaudata, Ng & Kottelat 2018:68 [ref. 35794] as tenuicaudata, Gong et al. 2018:400 [ref. 36346] as tenuicaudata, Darshan et al. 2019:376 [ref. 36641] as tenuicaudata, Luo & Chen 2020:108 [ref. 37596] as tenuicaudata, Arunkumar 2020:295 [ref. 37782] as tenuicaudata, Singh et al. 2022:169 [ref. 39818], Chen et al. 2024:25 [ref. 40901]). Current status: Valid as Exostoma tenuicaudatum Tamang, Sinha & Gurumayum 2015. Sisoridae: Glyptosterninae. Distribution: South Asia: Siang River drainage, Brahmaputra River basin, Arunachal Pradesh, northeastern India and Tibet, China. Habitat: freshwater.
