pyrrhocaudalis, Pseudocrenilabrus Katongo [C.], Seehausen [O.] & Snoeks [J.] 2017:182, Figs. 1-2 [Zootaxa 4237 (no. 1); ref. 35163] Zambia, Kalobwa Beach, Lake Mweru, Luapula-Congo River system, 8°57'0"S, 29°6'0"E, elevation 1,134 meters. Holotype: SAIAB 191528. Paratypes: MRAC, SAIAB. Erroneously appeared as Pseudocrenilabrus mweruensis on pp. 187, 188 of the original description. •Valid as Pseudocrenilabrus pyrrhocaudalis Katongo, Seehausen & Snoeks 2017. Current status: Valid as Pseudocrenilabrus pyrrhocaudalis Katongo, Seehausen & Snoeks 2017. Cichlidae: Pseudocrenilabrinae. Distribution: Lake Mweru, West Africa. Habitat: freshwater.
