nepalensis, Garra Rayamajhi [A.] & Arunachalam [M.] 2017:403, Figs. 1-2 [International Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Studies v. 5 (no. 5); ref. 35691] Mardi River upstream from Kaligandaki River, near hanging foot bridge, Mardi Village, Hemja Village Development Committee, Kaski District, western Nepal, 28°17.847'N, 83°55.826'E, elevation 1040 meters. Holotype: FRDFM-3. Paratypes: FRDFM. •Valid as Garra nepalensis Rayamajhi & Arunachalam 2017 -- (Moyon & Arunkumar 2018:113 [ref. 36388]). Current status: Valid as Garra nepalensis Rayamajhi & Arunachalam 2017. Cyprinidae: Labeoninae. Distribution: Kaligandaki River drainage, upper Ganges River basin, central Nepal. Habitat: freshwater.
