Holotype: MLP 11309. Paratypes: CI-FML, MACN, MLP. •Valid as Diapoma nandi Vanegas‐Ríos, Azpelicueta & Malabarba 2018 -- (Koerber et al. 2019:3 [ref. 36736], Mirande & Koerber 2020:2 [ref. 37594], Ito et al. 2022:20 [ref. 39124]). Current status: Valid as Diapoma nandi Vanegas‐Ríos, Azpelicueta & Malabarba 2018. Stevardiidae: Diapominae. Distribution: South America: Piray-Miní stream drainage, Rio Paraná basin, Misiones Province (Argentina). Habitat: freshwater.
