Holotype: RIAH TQ.0203001. Paratypes: RIAH. Original description not yet examined. •Valid as Misgurnus nahangensis (Nguyen & Bui 2009) -- (Shedko & Vasil'eva 2022:8 [ref. 39201]). Current status: Valid as Misgurnus nahangensis (Nguyen & Bui 2009). Cobitidae. Distribution: Lo Gam River system, Tuyen Quang province, Vietnam. Habitat: freshwater.
