Holotype: SWFC 1908004. Paratypes: FAQB, SWFC. •Valid as Pareuchiloglanis posteranalis Dao, Li, Yang & Zhou 2020 -- (Li et al. 2020:842 [ref. 37718]). •Valid as Tremeuchiloglanis posteranalis (Dao, Li, Yang & Zhou 2020) -- (Li et al. 2022:16 [ref. 39799]). Current status: Valid as Tremeuchiloglanis posteranalis (Dao, Li, Yang & Zhou 2020). Sisoridae: Glyptosterninae. Distribution: East Asia: Nanpan-jiang drainage, upper Pearl River basin, Yunnan, China. Habitat: freshwater.
