Type catalog: Kaya et al. 2021:418 [ref. 38688]. •Valid as Alburnoides turani Kaya 2020 -- (Çiçek et al. 2020:250 [ref. 37644], Çiçek et al. 2023:386 [ref. 40625], Çiçek et al. 2024:209 [ref. 40789]). Current status: Valid as Alburnoides turani Kaya 2020. Leuciscidae: Leuciscinae. Distribution: Asia Minor: Filyos River drainage, southwestern Black Sea basin (Turkey). Habitat: freshwater.
