Holotype: MRAC 2019.016.P.0027. Paratypes: MRAC. •Valid as Nothobranchius itigiensis Nagy, Watters & Bellstedt 2020 -- (Krysanov et al. 2023:16 [ref. 40383]). Current status: Valid as Nothobranchius itigiensis Nagy, Watters & Bellstedt 2020. Nothobranchiidae. Distribution: East Africa: upper Ruaha drainage and Bahi swamp (central Tanzania). Habitat: freshwater.
