Holotype: MRAC 2019.016.P.0039. Paratypes: MRAC. •Valid as Nothobranchius moameensis Nagy, Watters & Bellstedt 2020 -- (Krysanov et al. 2023:16 [ref. 40383]). Current status: Valid as Nothobranchius moameensis Nagy, Watters & Bellstedt 2020. Nothobranchiidae. Distribution: East Africa: Moame River system and smaller river systems south of Lake Victoria (northern Tanzania). Habitat: freshwater.
