Holotype: MHNLS 26155. Paratypes: ANSP, AUM, ROM. •Valid as Ammoglanis natgeorum Henschel, Lujan & Baskin 2020. Current status: Valid as Ammoglanis natgeorum Henschel, Lujan & Baskin 2020. Trichomycteridae: Sarcoglanidinae. Distribution: Atabapo River drainage, Orinoco basin, Amazonas State, Venezuela. Habitat: freshwater.
