Holotype: IHB 2017060069. Paratypes: IHB 2017060068 (4). •Valid as Vanmanenia marmorata Deng & Zhang 2021. Current status: Valid as Vanmanenia marmorata Deng & Zhang 2021. Gastromyzontidae. Distribution: Yuan-Jiang drainage, middle Yangtze River basin, Guizhou Province, south China. Habitat: freshwater.
