Chech for spelling diplotaeniata. •Valid as Apistogramma diplotaenia Kullander 1987 -- (Kullander in Reis et al. 2003:613 [ref. 27061], Staeck 2003:31 [ref. 27488], Ready & Kullander 2004:3 [ref. 27843], Römer et al. 2004:31 [ref. 34102], Schindler & Staeck 2013:302 [ref. 33110] as diplotaeniata, Staeck 2017:63 [ref. 35639], DoNascimiento et al. 2017:97 [ref. 35633], Staeck & Schindler 2019:108 [ref. 36531]). Current status: Valid as Apistogramma diplotaenia Kullander 1987. Cichlidae: Cichlinae. Distribution: Rio Negro drainage, Amazon River basin: Brazil. Habitat: freshwater.
