R.] 2022:365, Figs. 2-6 [Zootaxa 5182 (no. 4); ref. 39576] Yeti (Yiti) mudflat/estuary at Yeti village, Muscat, Oman, 23°31'52"N, 58°39'51"E. Holotype: ZM-CBSU S105-19. Paratypes: ZM-CBSU S105 (11). Plus additional non-type material. •Valid as Oxyurichthys omanensis Zarei, Al Jufaili & Esmaeili 2022 -- (Esmaeili & Hamidan 2023:215 [ref. 40377], Çiçek et al. 2024:320 [ref. 40789]). Current status: Valid as Oxyurichthys omanensis Zarei, Al Jufaili & Esmaeili 2022. Oxudercidae: Gobionellinae. Distribution: Northwestern Indian Ocean: Gulf of Oman, Muscat area (northern Oman). Habitat: brackish, marine.
