Current status: Valid as Glyptothorax irroratus Ng & Kottelat 2023. Sisoridae: Sisorinae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: middle and lower Mekong River basin, China and Laos, and possibly Thailand and Vietnam; and also possibly Chao Phraya basin, Thailand. Habitat: freshwater.
