Paratypes: ZMMU P-24530 (4). •Valid as Gobio multipunctatus Vasil’eva, Mamilov & Sharakhmetov 2023. Current status: Valid as Gobio multipunctatus Vasil’eva, Mamilov & Sharakhmetov 2023. Gobionidae. Distribution: Central Asia: Lake Alakol basin, southeast Kazakhstan and probably Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region, China. Habitat: freshwater.
