Holotype: PNM 15699. Paratypes: (24) PNM, SEAFDEC. •Valid as Rhinogobius macroura (Endruweit 2024). Current status: Valid as Rhinogobius macroura (Endruweit 2024). Oxudercidae: Gobionellinae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: Lagben River drainage, Ilocos Sur Province, northern Luzon Island, Philippines. Habitat: freshwater.
