magnificus, Pseudorhinogobius Endruweit [M.] 2024:138, Figs. 46, 83, 238-241 [Fishes of the Red River - Perciformes, Synbranchiformes; ref. 41040] Gam River, Lo River, Red River basin, Napo County, Baise Prefecture, Guangxi Province, China. Holotype: SNHM 3098. Paratypes: ANSP, ASIZB, FDU, SNHM. •Valid as Rhinogobius magnificus (Endruweit 2024). Current status: Valid as Rhinogobius magnificus (Endruweit 2024). Oxudercidae: Gobionellinae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: upper Gam River drainage, Red River basin, Guangxi Province, China, and possibly Cao Bang Province, Vietnam. Habitat: freshwater.
