Holotype: ASIZB 6038. Paratypes: ANSP, ASIZB, BFU, SNHM. •Valid as Rhinogobius allornatus (Endruweit 2024). Current status: Valid as Rhinogobius allornatus (Endruweit 2024). Oxudercidae: Gobionellinae. Distribution: East Asia: Minjiang River drainage, Yangtze River basin, Sichuan (China). IUCN (2024): Not Assessed. Habitat: freshwater.
