opisthoproctus, Luciogobius Chen [K.-H.] & Liao [T.-Y.] 2024:244, Figs. 3-6 [ZooKeys No. 1206; ref. 41300] Mouth of Daxi Creek, Yilan County, Taiwan, 24°56.48'N, 121°53.72'E. Holotype: ASIZP 0081790. Paratypes: (17) ASIZP, DOS, NMMBP. •Valid as Luciogobius opisthoproctus Chen & Liao 2024 -- (Chen et al 2024:211 [ref. 41747], Chang et al. 2025:30 [ref. 42746] as opisthoprotus). Current status: Valid as Luciogobius opisthoproctus Chen & Liao 2024. Oxudercidae: Gobionellinae. Distribution: Western Pacific: northeastern and southeastern Taiwan. Habitat: brackish.
