Holotype: ZIN 45811. Paratypes: OSU [ex ZIN 45816] (1); ZIN 45812-15 (1, 1, 1, 2), 45816 (2, now 1), 45817-18 (1, 1). Type catalog: Chernova 1998:773 [ref. 24687].
