Current status: Valid as Pseudanthias bartlettorum (Randall & Lubbock 1981). Serranidae: Anthiadinae. Distribution: Western and central Pacific: Papua New Guinea, Palau, east to Phoenix Islands and Line Islands. Habitat: marine.
