Holotype: ZIN 45336 [wrongly 45335 in English translation]. •Synonym of Dallia pectoralis Bean 1880 -- (Mecklenburg et al. 2002:146 [ref. 25968], Dyldin et al. 2020:88 [ref. 37569] with question). •Valid as Dallia admirabilis Chereshnev 1980 -- (Chereshnev 1996:601 [ref. 24659], Reshetnikov et al. 1997:733 [ref. 24702], Reshetnikov 1998:53 [ref. 23570], Crossman & Ráb 2001:860 [ref. 25475], Bogutskaya et al. 2001:45 [ref. 26178], Chereshnev et al. 2001:48 [ref. 26736], Bogutskaya & Naseka 2004:125 [ref. 28183], Dyldin et al. 2020:112 [ref. 37569]). Current status: Valid as Dallia admirabilis Chereshnev 1980. Esocidae: Dalliinae. Distribution: North Asia: Lakes of middle and lower reaches of Amguema River basin, Chukotka Peninsula (Russia). Habitat: freshwater.
