Paratypes: CAS 40716 (1); BCPM 976-1363 (1); UBC 64-454 (1), 72-89 (1), 77-62 to 66 (5); UCLA 63-256 (3), 63-259 (1), 64-82 (1). •Valid as Hypsagonus mozinoi (Wilimovsky & Wilson 1979) -- (Kanayama 1991:15 [ref. 19261], Busby 1998:10 [ref. 25508], Mecklenburg et al. 2002:532 [ref. 25968], Nelson et al. 2004:122 [ref. 27807], Page et al. 2013:126 [ref. 32708]). •Valid as Agonomalus mozinoi Wilimovsky & Wilson 1979 -- (Eschmeyer & Herald 1983:185 [ref. 9277], Matarese et al. 1989:458 [ref. 26885], McAllister 1990:204 [ref. 14674], Sheiko 1993:68 [ref. 21227], Sheiko & Mecklenburg 2004:2 [ref. 27591], Kells et al. 2016:198 [ref. 35888]). Current status: Valid as Agonomalus mozinoi Wilimovsky & Wilson 1979. Agonidae: Hypsagoninae. Distribution: Northern British Columbia to central California (U.S.A). Habitat: marine.
