Treated as a subgenus of Inimicus, but Gill wrongly thought filamentosum was type species of Pelor. •Synonym of Inimicus Jordan & Starks 1904 -- (Eschmeyer et al. 1979:483 [ref. 6385], Mandrytsa 2001:266 [ref. 25636], Inaba & Motomura 2018:53 [ref. 36154]).
