Pogonocharax Regan [C. T.] 1907:261 Masc. Pogonocharax rehi Regan 1907. Type by monotypy. Based on an aquarium fish (probably from southern Asia), wrongly reported from Argentina and wrongly thought to be a characin (R. M.
