Microgeophagus Frey [H.] 1957:56 Masc. See Mikrogeophagus. Regarded by Isbrücker 1984:38 [ref. 30868] as available; predates Mikrogeophagus. But it is regarded as not available from Frey as it was not treated as valid (Art. 11.5) by him, along with other reasons (see Kullander 2011:35 [ref. 31677]). Cichlidae: Cichlinae.
