D.] in Eigenmann 1910:472 [Catalogue of the fresh-water fishes of tropical and south temperate America v. 3 (pt 4); ref. 1224] Supposedly a Cope species, but the reference to Regan 1905:343 [ref. 3623] lists flavilabris and frenifera. •In the synonymy of Laetacara flavilabris (Cope 1870).
