Type catalog: Vasil'eva et al. 2001:82 [ref. 25714] with incorrect locality. •Valid as Plagiogeneion geminatum Parin 1991 -- (Oyarzún G. & Arriaza Z 1993:342 [ref. 22360]). Current status: Valid as Plagiogeneion geminatum Parin 1991. Emmelichthyidae. Distribution: Eastern Pacific. Habitat: marine.
