Based on a literature citation. •Synonym of Odontesthes smitti (Lahille 1929) -- (Dyer & Gosztonyi 1999:215 [ref. 24265], Dyer 2000:116 [ref. 26677], Dyer in Reis et al. 2003:522 [ref. 27061]). Current status: Synonym of Odontesthes smitti (Lahille 1929). Atherinopsidae: Atherinopsinae. Habitat: marine.
