Holotype: apparently lost. Paratypes: (24) apparently lost. •Synonym of Bathyraja smirnovi (Soldatov & Pavlenko 1915) -- (Orr et al. 2011:41 [ref. 31854]). •Synonym of Arctoraja smirnovi (Soldatov & Pavlenko 1915) -- (Dyldin 2015:61 [ref. 34524]). Current status: Synonym of Arctoraja smirnovi (Soldatov & Pavlenko 1915). Arhynchobatidae. Habitat: marine.
