Type catalog: Vasil'eva et al. 2001:54 -55 [ref. 25714]. Correct spelling of the genus is Coelorinchus. •Valid as Caelorinchus nazcaensis Sazonov & Iwamoto 1992 -- (Pequeño 1997:81 [ref. 23536]). •Valid as Coelorinchus nazcaensis Sazonov & Iwamoto 1992. Current status: Valid as Coelorinchus nazcaensis Sazonov & Iwamoto 1992. Macrouridae. Distribution: Southeastern Pacific. Habitat: marine.
