Figured in Alcock 1894: Pl. 9 (fig. 4) [ref. 17304]. •Valid as Coryphaenoides hoskynii (Alcock 1890) -- (Iwamoto in Cohen et al. 1990:201 [ref. 18936], Shcherbachev & Iwamoto 1995:295 [ref. 22071]). Current status: Valid as Coryphaenoides hoskynii (Alcock 1890). Macrouridae. Distribution: Indian Ocean. Habitat: marine.
