Current status: Synonym of Cyprinodon nevadensis Eigenmann & Eigenmann 1889. Cyprinodontidae: Cyprinodontinae. Distribution: Springs around Devils Hole, upper Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Nevada, U.S.A. Habitat: freshwater.
